Precidia’s TransNet payment engine has been flexibly designed to operate on a range of hardware platforms. For smaller merchants without access to a Cisco router, the POSLynx220 is the ideal platform, with 2 dial and 2 serial ports for peripheral integration, as well as full security and automatic dial back-up. For larger merchants, ISOs or processors, the Cisco Integrated Services Router (ISR) offers as many as 1200 ports for multiple merchants or locations. In many instances, an existing Cisco router can become the TransNet platform, resulting in significant cost savings.
